1st PCP rifle with scope

A lad in work is looking for a cheap starter PCP rifle with scope, case etc....

He has cash..

I've told him that rather than rushing out and getting the 1st one that comes along to wait and be patient.

Even if he has to buy the rifle and then get the scope the month after.. etc

Ideas or anybody got a rig to sell... ????
