Default Antis now targeting young shotgun licence holders

In the same week that 11 year old Rhys Jones was shot dead in Liverpool, the Western Daily Press published an investigation into the age youngsters are granted shotgun licences. As a result of a Freedom of Information request to five different police forces, it was discovered many youngsters had been granted a licence.

Trouble is, we know that, but the antis will want to make political capital out of any gun related story with even a hint of a negative storyline. They won't mention the fact that clay pigeon clubs etc are among the safest places to shoot or that these youngsters have to be supervised at all times.

I'd love to have a heart to heart with one of these jumped up interfering busybodies. Just to have the pleasure of shooting them down in flames...... Not litterally you understand.

In my line of work I meet them all the time and yes it's easy to shoot them down in flames but it has no effect what-so-ever on them, they stick to their beliefs like flies to s**t.

Reminds me of an incident today in fact.
Fist call of the day was a retail chain (food store). Last night I placed tac-boards around a hole in a warehouse. This morning six rats!! well there isn't many ways of bumping off a rat that is stuck to a tac-board . My usual way is simply to tap the bad of the head/neck and bobs your uncle and all that. Now and then of course one or two will make a squeal as you pull the boards out ready for a swift dispatch. The fuss one lady was making over this was byond belief. I wounder if she realized that her job was on the line. If an EHO was to find out about this store, they would close it.
