Default Bunnies in Cider

Two quarterd Bunnies
Will serve three better for two Hungrys.
1/2 Pint cider any will do but strong still scrumpy best
two onions large chopped (small)
4 carrots peelled choped (small)
1/2 pint chicken stock again real stock is better but you can use a cube.
Any herbs that you like, I like Basil or tarragon small amount, or fresh from the woods even better.
A few mushrooms.
1 clove garlic.
Salt + Pepper to taste.
Teaspoon Olive oil.
You can add peppers red or what ever if you like.

Fry rabbits in oil till brown
Add veg inc mushrooms for ten mins approx
Add herbs
Add cider and Garlic cook for 20 mins on simmer
Then add chicken stock, you can now transfer to oven or cook on top for 1 hour.

Serve with mash Tetties or Jacket.

I have also had herb dumplings with this, its scrummy.

I am a pretend chef I have loads of recipes for rabbit/pigeon crow ect: if you want more please ask.
I like to eat what I shoot if poss.
Food like this is so tasty you could spend a fortune in top restaurants for these recipies.
I have a good one for pigeon patte!
