Arrow Re: best rifle ever owned

Was asked to do a check out of the New Walther 6 x 42 AO IR Scope.

I decided to fit it to my AA 400 .22 Carbine
Which used to be my favorite Rifle before I brought out my 9.50 Exterminators
Since when I have been using my Rapid or Hornet
Enjoying the extra distance given by the .177 round

But in recent day's I have enjoyed using my AA 400 , especially with the New Scope
Ideal for current bad light evenings

But as those of us that have access or own many different Gun/s
We will always have a favorite of the day

My most favourit rifle has and will always be my old Titan Manitou (MC010) Nothing fancy but at 20yrds off a bench would put 5 shots throught the same pellet hole with such a tight group you couldn't drop another pellet through the group. I bought it of a guy in the club (sold it back to him for the same money) and it was bog standard, I'd also even go so far as to say it was tatty but I would pay almost anything to have her back.

But as for guns in the poll it would have to be Air Arms. TX200 (my very first "proper" airgun which I still own) S300's (3 off) S410 ProTargets (2 off) apart from the usual problems of tinkering with them myself I've had excellent service from these guns and would have to say they are a favourit.

As mentioned above.....i bought garricks AA S300 .22 (first ever pre charge) best rifle i have ever owned!

i actually sold it, felt gutted! then the same guy offered it back to me for 75 quid less then i sold it for!!!!

god i wish there were more banks like that around!

i also have the f.t. s200-.177, 410 .177, I;ve owned daystates before and i must admit i didnt like them!

hated the BSA super 10 after wanting one for so long!!!

dont mind titan/falcon, but there abit narrow!

its a hard choice between the 300 and 410 but i wouildnt go past AirArms!!

Toss up between AA and Theoben, from the AA stable I've owned:-
Hi-Power (still have a soft spot for that model)
Khamsin (still got lovely looking, must get round to fitting a new spring)
SM100 (still got)
TX200-SR (swapped for....
S200 (still got))
TX200 (still got)
From Theoben :-
Mk1 Rapid in .20 (still got)
MFR (Ben Taylor FAC, bury it with me!)
Sirocco Classic Carbine (still got)

Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never had a problem with my Theobens. The SM100 and Sirocco I've owned for 14 years a piece.

I have a Daystate Harrier which shoots very well, but just doesn't 'do it' for me (Mk3 I do like though)

A Daystate Harrier first PCP I bought and wish I hadn't sold it to Pete. Now got the Harrier X and it's just as good

Not going to stray away from Daystates again great little guns
