Just wondering, has anyone upgraded to the new version of windows yet?If so, how is it running on your pc? and is it any good?
I've just run the compatibility program and the only action i have to take is to uninstall Nero 6.

Rob I tried the BETA on a seperate partition on my extra hdd.

And, I like it a lot. It's more fancy than XP, and if you've got a damn good system to run it on then go for it!

there's a fair bit of software that won't work on it and it really needs 2 gig of ram to run properly. 4 gig is better.
i'm avoiding it, not heard any good reports on it.

do the decent think and get RedHat!! its a Linux op-sys makes your Pc sooooooooooo much faster as it dosent install 9billion gig of useless programs that you never run!

Running it and Office 2007 on my laptop as we speak, mostly to get the hang of it before my clients start asking too many questions.

Agree with the Memory comment, I'm just about to order some more as Outlook is quite slow.

Nice look and feel though - will be great when it's running a bit faster!
