Angry coursing with dogs...

Bring this fine sport back legally!
As a youth i spent many a fine day doing and watching this at Altcar (Warteloo Cup).
Cant understand why or how it was banned oh well i suppose it has just been forced underground.
Seems you can rob a pensioner and get a slap on the wrist ....But chase a hare and be jailed???????? Or at least have your dogs destroyed etc????
Discuss it people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a Keen, fieldsports person, i have enjoyed, coursing, shooting, ferreting.
What i am about to say may get me some punishment from the Mods.
but its a personal point of view ! There is no way would the goverment stop me from coursing if i was still into it ! i used to go lamping rabbits over the winter period, with a good friend and travelled silly distances to get good sport for the evening ! 270 miles round trip was not uncommon for me !
this goverment has so got it wrong !
Do you know the Tory Leader is a Keen Shooter ?
I am not saying he will defend us, But he will do a lot more for us than that git called blair !
We as a group, need people who, know what our sport is about, NOT SOME NUMPTY living in city who knows F@@K all about our way of life. or country side, it so buggs the T*ts off me that some git living in a city can tell me what to do in the country side, Talk to the Hand, the face ain't listening comes to mind.

Regards
Nigel
