Divers bottles use clean dry air, pumps don't

Divers bottle every time,Why I have had both, Divers bottle:- stick a valve in and it's charged as quick as I write this.
Pump? Well it explaines its self, both cost similar money but you need somone local to fill it,Or it's not worth it.

Got my 4ltr 300bar off ebay for £60 delivered
I fill once a month for £2.50

Hi, have pump use it for daughters Venom Viper. Not too strenuos until I get past 170 Bar. Would not fancy pumping a 500cc bottle. Have considered getting a divers bottle but dont know where to get it refilled. This is the very thing that puts me off buying a pre-charged air rifle. If I had the choice it would be divers bottle.

A pump maybe the cheaper option but it hard work, too hard if you are of a modest build I would go for the divers bootle anyday.

For practical reasons I use both. A pump when I'm out in the field because it's light and compact and a bottle at the club 'cos I'm embarrased as to how unfit I've become

go for the divers bottle, no effort required and the quick fill is great, there are loads of dive shops about who are happy to fill em for £2.50 - £3.00, if you are a big fat boy like me it also saves on the oxygen you have to buy to breath when using a pump any way.

Thumbs up Re: Hand pump or divers bottle

With today's guns requiring higher preasure fills for more Shots per Fill a

It is becoming a problem in some areas as UK Diving is currently facing a down turn and Diving Shops are closing
Which could cause problems for some shooter getting them filled

What many serious Shooters do is have a Large 12 litre 300 Bar Bottle @ home and to get filled and a smaller 3 litre bottle to take to Shoots

Check out www.midlanddiving.com Precharge Section

There are a fair number of sub 300 Bar Bottles going cheap @ present
as Diving Shops close down

But they are not worth the effort , as offer a fraction of what a
300 Bar can fill

There currently is a Good Stock of 300 Bar Fabers in the Country and Stockist

Check out Sales - Still able to offer best Deals - Delivered to your home
