Default Stirrup pump probs

Got a new Webley stirrup pump to fill my s410 about 3 months ago it worked fine until recently. First the plastic bit at the top of the cylinder came off whilst pumping which was a bit worrying.
But now for some reason when i get to about the 100bar mark no amount of force (18 stone worth ) will budge it. I dont wanna fook it (or myself for that matter) completely. I've kept it all in tip top shape no dust or crap could have got into it. Anyone have similar problems or know why this is happening? At £130 it isn't a cheap bit of kit

I had a problem with my Logun pump mate, but it just wouldn't put any pressure into the rifle.I just took all the fittings apart & re-assembled it all & it worked fine.Luck? Maybe but always worth a try, never had any problems with it before or after.
If that doesn't work i'd take it back to the shop, not fit for the purpose & all that.

Don't be fobbed off. Because it is over 28 days old the retailer is not required to replace it with a new one but he is required under The Sale of Goods Act to repair it free of charge unless he can prove it has been the subject of miss-use or abuse. Your rights under the said ACT can extent to as long as six years maximum for certain good OR as long as deemed reasonable for the item. It also has to be of 'Merchantable Quality'. Which means it should last a heck of a sight longer than 3 months!

Replaced with a new one which works a treat and actually fills my rifle with half the effort
