pro sport with v-mach tuning kit

Hi everyone im new to AGU so this is my first thread.
i would just like some help with the v-mach for my pro sport like
what all the parts are and the best way to get best performance from it.
I have already put it in my brand new pro sport but had a few problems.
i got the piston seal stuck in my compresion chamber because it poped of the piston when i cocked my gun but i put it on right and it was for my gun.
another thing what is that big round black nylon plastic thing for its about the size of a 50p or a dollar if you come from usa.
please help if you can as much info as posible because am a rookie when it comes to tuning airguns.
ps. Does anyone no what mr popes v-glide consists of
