Default daystate mk4 loading mag?

just got my first daystate mk4 .177 very nice rifle
just need a bit of advice on loading the mag when i put the pellets into the large bottom hole they dont go right in i have to push them in with a small alan key so the head of the pellet is gripped by the o ring am i doing some thing wrong??thanks

Daystate sell a loading probe made for loading the mags its not a lot of money so give them a bell. 01782 791755. Also T.R. Rob makes the adjustable type at more than twice the price.

yes i have noticed this
my friend has bought the airwolf mvt and that has same probs.

i tried putting the pellet in
tilting the mag forward then turning it for the next pellet
it seemed to work better

daystate mags crap.first one would only index 8.bought another one,that goes one better 7.
