Default Air cartridge laws

I know there was talk of outlawing or restricting the ownership of guns like the brockock air cartridge guns, anyone know whats the latest on that, was any legislation put through ?

ah, thanks for the links glad I took the guns with me when I left the UK 2 years ago... mind U, looking at the info I wouldnt have a problem getting a certificate..
