Any ideas on how to modify the standard (12ftlb) Axsor to FAC ?. Guess it will include a hammer spring change but do the transfer ports need opening out a bit as well ?

Take it to an RFD who'll do the work and put it on your ticket so it remains legal.

Point is m8, even if someone told you how to up the power, you'll need to have it put on your ticket by an RFD to be legal, otherwise you could face 5 years in jail for possession of an illegal firearm.
My advice above still stands as I'd be very surprised if anyone on any forum would give you the info.
