Can anyone suggest a decent Mod for my17 HMR I have a SAK at the moment?

As my CZ is fitted with a Mad Dog Stock I would prefer one that didn't shroud the barrel too much as it will foul the stock

I was thinking of DM80 any thoughts ???

The DM80 slips back over the barrel about 4" dood so it would definately touch the stock on yours could try and get the Jet CQB mod for it they are end-of-barrel mods but are very quiet....You won't find one for a HMR but they are available for a .17REM IIRC

Hi Les, how much did that stock cost if you don't mind me asking. I'm after a new stock for my CZ425 .22rf.

Thanks

John

I believe the new DM80 models are shorter than the ones most people have.
There's also the Wildcat Whisper, but at £140+ it ain't cheap!

How much barrel do you have from the end of the stock, Lez?

I bought the stock from Rimfire Magic its a carbon fibre jobbie from Wild Dog stocks in Australia cost me £300 + post - they come in many colours are light and being carbon fibre they are very strong
