dekit, can't comment on distribution staff but if the staff at Tesco stores took just a little pride in their work you lot would get a lot more support from customers.
The rate of work and complete lack of professionalism is dire at the stores I've been in. Low staff morale is no argument. Over the years the working classes have thrived on hating their boss, when did this stop? Do Tesco workers believe the work they do is beneath them?
I've done some crap jobs but always took pride that I was doing what was necessary to support myself and my family, why is this no longer enough to satisfy most people?
