If you take it back to the shop and demand your money back you will get nowhere. I know someone who bought a brand new gun there only to find it some weeks later it was secondhand and had no warranty. On taking it back to the shop, he was asked to prove the receipt that stated it was brand new, and where was the packaging, and what proof he had to say he was told it was brand new. He had paid over the odds for what would have been a high price brand new, for something that wasn't.. Upon telling Drapers he would be seeing trading standards the reply he was given was this. "its all been done before, and we've never lost yet.
They have the stock, go there if you want pellets, or do face to face deals, they are very expensive for mail order, but I would definitely only use them if you are face to facing, and can actually see what you're getting, and don't expect much in the way of warranties being honoured....
