Incidents like these are always tragic. My sympathies go out to the families involved.

Not wishing to detract from the gravity & tragedy of this incident and, given that accidents don't just happen, they are caused. It does beg the question, As those involved were 'experienced huntsmen'. How on earth did this happen?
The answer will probably come out at the inquest. However, this sad post should serve to remind us all to take extra care when handling guns of any description.
